Service outside city limits depends on route availability and distance from current stops.

What is the monthly cost for service inside Ottawa city limits?
Residential trash service inside Ottawa city limits is:
$23.00 per month
Customers may choose to prepay for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
Prepaying allows customers to lock in their current service rate for the number of months selected.
How is rural pricing determined?
Rural pricing depends on:
✔ Distance from current route
✔ Nearby stop availability
✔ Current route openings
Because every rural location is different, exact pricing is provided after we review your address.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No.
Customers choose the payment term that works best for their household.
Available options include 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
Do you provide trash containers?
Not at this time. We opted to keep our start-up cost low.
Customers may use their own trash cans or containers.
We recommend containers that are easy to handle and appropriate for normal weekly household trash volume.
How should trash be prepared for pickup?
✔ All trash must be bagged
✔ Bags should be tied shut
✔ Bags should not be overfilled or too heavy
This helps pickups stay clean, safe, and efficient.
Can extra bags be placed next to the container?
Yes.
Extra bags may be placed beside your container when needed, within normal household limits.
If trash volume consistently exceeds normal household levels, we may discuss the best service option for your stop.
Is there a limit to how much trash is included?
Our service is designed for normal residential household trash.
Most households stay within normal weekly volume without issue.
If a stop consistently produces unusually high volume, we simply discuss options together.
Do you pick up yard waste?
We may offer limited yard waste pickup during certain times of year or by special arrangement.

How does the referral program work?
Refer a new customer who begins service with at least 3 months prepaid and receive:
One free month of service
There is no limit to referral rewards.

What if plans change before service begins?
If we are unable to launch service as planned within Ottawa city limits, we will communicate promptly and work with customers directly regarding next steps.

If you are outside city limits, send us your address so we can review route availability.
Are there limits on how much trash can be set out each week?
Yes. For safety and reliability, all trash must be bagged and placed inside a container. Bags should not be overfilled or overweight, as torn or broken bags create safety issues and mess during pickup.
We will collect up to three additional bags placed next to the container when needed. If households regularly set out more than three extra bags, the service rate may be adjusted to reflect the increased volume.
This policy helps us keep pricing fair while maintaining dependable service for all customers.
